Who Knows Anything About Timeshares Only? We Have a Week We Want to Sell.?

    Often the fastest buyers are those already holding timeshares. Ask your property manager if a) They would like to buy the interest or b) if they have a directory of other owners who you can directly contact to advertise your sales interest.

    There are timeshare real estate firms who often have buy-sell numbers of your time share property. Huge gap between what they pay and what they sell.

    Much depends upon the location of your time share. Hawaii is still a good market while Las Vegas has been hit hard.

    Very soft general market with many timeshare owners defaulting on payments and taxes.

    they are easy to buy and hard to sell. Go to the management co of your timeshare they sometimes buy back but at a great loss. a real estate may take you as a client.

    Have not used them, see their ad’s everywhere. As long as you don’t have to pay up front, it’s worth a try.

    I have mine on Redweek.com. It’s my personal ad and is good for a year.

    Otherwise, you could rent it out. Or see of the management company won’t buy it back. Or trade for something else.

    I know about timeshares. You can sell your week by placing an ad at the community bulletin board and another by the mailboxes. Get to work.

    To resale or rent a timeshare is a hard task, the basic rule is not to pay money up-front, don’t be another victim of a scam.

    Unfortunately over 50% of people that really need to sale their timeshare falls for this resale scams where they charge money upfront and less than 10% of them use their only real option wich is to post it or offer it trough free advertising options as much and as many sites as you can (it is ok to pay a few dollars to post in a great place but no more that $20 to $30).

    Timeshares do not have resale value and in most situations you would take a loss in what you paid for, as they resale for less than $1000 USD.
