When You Buy a Timeshare Isn't There a Law That You Can Back Out After 24 Hours?
or 48 hours?
I don’t own a time share. Lets see how many people don’t read the question fully.
I’ve heard of something like this.
What is the law called?
Buyers remorse?
Is it just in some states like Florida?
Does it apply to all types of contracts or just timeshares?
Give me some thoughts since it makes it easier to google when you know the name of the law in the first place. And if it even exists.
It is 3 days to rescind the contract. All States.
