When a Timeshare Goes Into Default – Does the Resort Resell It for a Low Price?

If so – can you contact the resort for a list of units up for resale?

Technically yes, but the reality is NO.
Timeshares are not like cars, the do not depreciate over time (because they don’t have financial value) specially if you return them to the developer, it is very easy for them to put that inventory back with the one they are currently selling and just sell it at the current price.
