We have been scammed by WESTGATE RESORT in Orlando,FL!

we are two foreigners who were believe that we were buying a villa for a cheap price.

the following days we wanted to cancel but they would not let us then our closing agent”con artist” supposedly working for the state of Florida disappeared and we felt trapped to pay otherwise they will mess up our credit!!!

We need help to expose them as scammers!!They won’t give us our money back!!!

WESTGATE =WESTSCAM!!!

they had sammed millions o people!

My wife and I created “Westgate is a Sham” face book site.. (I dropped the wow part because it was just too corny and Westgate is a real problem.

We attempted to give Westgate another try this year.. we called to book a vacation and they told me they where booked up. We had to book a year in advance. I am in the US Army.. how can I book a year in advance? We have had it for 3 years and was able to use it 1 time.. and that 1 time was horrible. KEEP AWAY..

@joshua5990 very true. if you get into their free stuff they will butcher you later by their high pressure sales staff that almost forces you to get their garbage timeshare.

Dont call… I called once and after that I get a never ending Westgate call telemarketer again and again. Offering another cheap vacation that I already declined.

To anyone that is interested in the help. I have been able to help many families with the issues that they have had with their timeshare. No, I’m not looking to sell yours or even ask you for any money. The reason that people have issues is because just like everything else in this world, things change and I can bet that what you own is why you cant use your timeshare. @Shopn4u We stopped the payments months ago so we don’t own it anymore!We were lied about it so we are fighting to get our money back and we will!

contact florida attorney general and florida business of department and regulations and file a complaint on bbb.org and stick to your guns.

@teamevocustoms I already did all this but nothing is being done,I found more victims to do a class action lawsuit!
I ‘ll get my money back trust me!!!
