Timeshares, Are They a Good Buy?

I constantly get approached to buy a timeshare when on vacation. It seems an intersting concept, but yet I balk at the idea. What are the advantages of owning one?

    I have one If you travel it is a good thing. It does save on trying to find a place Being a single mom every little penny counts

    none, Time shares are a crock. They are not a good buy @ all.

    Usually no. While they initially sound good if you travel a lot, the maintenance fees go up every year so the cost is more than they initially tell you.
