Timeshare Sell Commission Only
What are my rights as an independent contractor?
I am an independent contractor and sell timeshare properties. All In Suddenly, the developer says it can hold our bills for one year. Moreover, if we left the company he has only paid 1 / Two of these committees. Is this legal?
You need a written agreement signed by the sponsor, if a verbal agreement the first time started selling for him, he can do whatever you like
