I Purchased a Timeshare and Now I Can't Afford It. It's Up for Sale. What Else Can I Do?

It’s been on the market for a few months but not selling. I’m even willing to give it back and take the loss.

    See if your contract allows you to sublease. If you can, you might be able to make your payments on the place and make a little money on the side.

    Its vacation season, you might even go talk to a travel agent and see what you can do to advertise for renters.

    To resale or rent a timeshare is a hard task, the basic rule is not to pay money up-front, don’t be another victim of a scam. There are some free classified adds where you can post it and get some results:
