Help or Info for Timeshare Termination?
I have a timeshare that is Paid In Full out of Mexico. I have tried to donate it, tried to sell it for nothing and have had no luck. I just don’t want it. The resort wants their maintenace fee and have said they will sue me for it. I don’ want to pay a maintenance fee for 99 years as when I bought it, they sold me on a free "lifetime" membership. Does anyone have suggestions on how to get rid of it without paying more money? Can I just tell them to sue me with the hopes that they will never go through on the threat? Help?
