The condo is part of a complex in which the management company paints, redecorates, etc. The owners do not have any say over the interior/exterior as this is a timeshare situation, not a full ownership.
Hi, I am a real estate agent and I’ve shared a few timeshare condos. It’s so simple. Make sure the condo is in good shape ex: paint the condo nice new fresh colors, replace or polish the floors, Make sure a VERY good house cleaner comes and cleans up the place. One very important thing is that the walls are straight and smooth and not bumpy! The price should be reasonable and not over the top.
