Have You Ever Sold a Timeshare Condo? if So, Any Tips Will Be Appreciated.?

Any luck at renting out your time share? Good/bad stories appreciated. No need to respond if you don’t own or haven’t sold or rented out your timeshare. thanks. Merry Christmas!!
The condo is part of a complex in which the management company paints, redecorates, etc. The owners do not have any say over the interior/exterior as this is a timeshare situation, not a full ownership.

Hi, I am a real estate agent and I’ve shared a few timeshare condos. It’s so simple. Make sure the condo is in good shape ex: paint the condo nice new fresh colors, replace or polish the floors, Make sure a VERY good house cleaner comes and cleans up the place. One very important thing is that the walls are straight and smooth and not bumpy! The price should be reasonable and not over the top. Don’t sell the timeshare condo for too much or too little, JUST RIGHT! Good luck and i hope this helped. HAPPY HOLIDAYS!
