I am a real estate broker. I assume someone is attempting to rip you off with listing your timeshare..and charge you 350.00 (or more) for an appraisal? Never pay someone to list your timeshare. They are the only ones winning. Look on Ebay if you want to see what timeshares are going for. Run it in local paper and sell it yourself. Then, NEVER buy another one.
