    TIMESHARES are shit.

Why the heck would you buy a time share and not stay at any hotel you want in any place you want in any city you want in any country you want without having to deal with the IGNORANT, STUPID CONCEPT OF TIMESHARES?

You are obviously uninformed about timeshare and have no idea about the resale market.

Don’t believe the negative information on timeshare. It’s a great way to vacation, and you can buy resale very cheaply and stay in great accommodations for less than a hotel. We have owned for decades and the industry gets better all the time.

    MACKATTACK1970 is RIGHT

Paid $27,000 for 2 weeks per year 2br time share. Maintenance fee per year is about $900. Never been able to get what we requested. Last 9 years spend 3 weeks in apartment-no star hotel for sure. Gave away for free. Happy to be free. Isn’t it shit??

I have found a better alternative to timeshares: it’s called ‘save your money and rent a motel’. Guess where 1/2 the money goes to? The timeshare sellers. Guess what happens to the ‘room’ you so call ‘own’? It becomes a money pit and you are the ATM. Sellers will hem and haw at the ‘maintenance’ question because it’s a deal breaker if they answer truthfully.
Sell your timeshare? You can’t give it away, maybe if you pay.

I know a couple that bought a timeshare on the payment plan (they had the money at the time but he lost it all daytrading after 9/11) , they made payments for a year then broke up and the timeshare went back to the seller. They fought tooth and nail to not take it back and they threatened to ruin their credit, so what? They were on the brink of bankruptcy anyway. Money gone, they never stayed a day in any timeshare. This is the story more often than not.

Rules to a GREAT timeshare ownership experience:
    #1 Buy a resale
#2 Buy from a professional who can help you find the timeshare ownership program that is right for you
#3 Read the book provided by your RCI / II
#4 Learn how to use the program, AND the limitations of the program
    #5 ACTUALLY TAKE A VACATION
I talk to timeshare owners daily who have no idea what they own and who have never tried to use it. How is it gonna work that way? We are glad to help – search my name in google!

There are licensed brokers out there who can help you sell or buy a timeshare. For more information, please search for Premier Timeshare Resale with RE/MAX in Park City, Utah. We can tell you if your timeshare is sellable and what it is worth. If we are not the best brokerage to sell it we will refer you to the best brokerage for your property. We do not charge any fees for this service. If you choose to hire us to sell it, we get paid on commission once the sale is complete. Thank you.

TimeShares are NOT assets, NOT property, and they lock you into a lifetime of debt, that is passed onto your children. Sellable, ridiculous, thats a bigger scam. NEVER BUY A TIMESHARE, or your friends will know you are a fool, and a idiot, period.
