You will save about 90% buying resale rather than from the developer. Look on e-bay. There are many that are handled by Realtors. It depends on what you are buying and who it trades through. You may not get all of the goodies that the original person got, but you will get most. Some places deal in weeks, some in points. Some trade through II and some through RCI. Some are a lease some are a deed. Watch our for liens or unpaid taxes. Know what you are getting. There is a group on-line that can help and they are at something like tug2.org I bought points from Faifield from my cousin. I paid him $2,500 for what the developer wanted $14,000 for.
