Can Someone Tell Me a Great Place to Vacation W/girlfriends Age 30's?

I have been looking on the web and its been overwhelming. We are looking to have a relaxing vacation somewhere in the carribeans or Florida. We are not looking to party. A nice place to enjoy the outdoors but nothing to challenging, One person has visual impairment so her balance is somewhat off. A place where there is some entertainment, fun activities, nice beach, shopping, good food, clean, and safe. Also shade is important. No place where you are going to get mobed by people selling timeshares etc. A decent place for a good price. If anyone can reccomend a place that would be great. We maybe flying out of Boston, NYC or CT. Is it worth getting all inclusive? Tell me what you think.. Thanks for your opinions and advice.

My wife and I and three other couples went to Antigua in February and loved it. Great beaches, no hassles on the beach, nice shops within walking distance, safe and the place also has a great pool too.
    Here is where we stayed:

Try the Sandestin Resort in Destin Florida. Very nice and fits exactly what you are looking for.

I’d like to mount a campaign to encourage people not to go anywhere. Travel has become so expensive and unpleasant that it’s hard to understand why people don’t stay home.
Why are we crowding our highways and airports to get someplace else? Newspapers and magazines are filled with ads trying to get us to travel. They want us to go somewhere – anywhere but home.
