Are You Aware of the New Wrinkle in Timeshare Resales?
if you go to ebay you will notice that some of the t-shares that are up for bid have no closing costs and no transfer fees…the seller will take just what you bid and they will pay those extra costs..the ones that i saw wre going for 1 dollar and that was all you pay and you will own a t-share of course if some one bids more then you will have to outbid them …keep in mind that the owner probably paid upwards of 12,000 dollars for the unit..and you may get it for a buck…but remember you have to pay upkeep and any other charges that they put on..i reccommend not doing it but if thats what you want to do then this isnt such a bad deal..

Caution, some timeshares can be borrowed against. Debt goes with the deed or title.
Additionally, a lot of these aren’t worth the maintenance fee that goes with it. Some are. Offseason places aren’t usually that good. The biggest reason people sell timeshares online are because they have flaws that prevent people from easily using it.
Also, most people sell the timeshare when they are in financial distress. They often forget that most resorts have the right to buy it back first. IF you don’t offer, they can buy it back at the agreed upon price. IF it sells for 1 dollar and the deed is being prepared, don’t you think that they’d buy it back? It’s more often than not a wasted effort. Best bet is 25% of the market price for off season, and 50% of the price for good stuff, although rare.
Good information, Thank you, I bought two timeshares on Ebay and I may again in the future, Thanks again.
I am aware now, Thank you.
