You can’t enjoy the free gifts after the presentation. You will be too stressed, mad or tired. Don’t carry those memories with you of your vacation.

Timeshares are a glorified ponzi scheme. Here is an example: Lets say a popular resort has 400 units in one building at a popular vacation destination. A year has 52 weeks and if each week is being sold for $25000 to consumers, the resort makes 52 * $25000 = $1.3 Million for one unit. For 400 units, the resort just raked in a whopping $520 Million in cash. With maintenance fees of $1000/year, the resort collects $52000 in maintenance fees/unit/year, totaling $20.8Million for 400 units.

A few hundreds complaints amongst several thousand members!
And they got their money back.
Those who went to the TV show got paid to do so.
Most people who are smart enough to understand how it works get great vacations with this system.
Those who want everything for nothing get screwed.
There are million people around the world who just enjoy and keep quite.

I see the scam in the first 10 seconds of the video. I use Redweek.com where I can rent units. I found a nice 1 bedroom 1 bath in Arizona for $86 a night with no additional fees. You deal directly with the owner and its rated A+ from the BBB.
